I find the system simple and easy to use and even though when I started using it I had almost no experience on a computer at all, I managed to pick it up because it is a commonsense system. There is a great back up service with helpful & patient people and taking these points into consideration the system is good value for money compared to other systems.

I find the CashManager program so easy to use. The added bonus is the annual fee and being able to ring the support line as often as needed without additional charges. The support staff are very helpful and talk through the issues in simple, easy to understand terms,
I have always found your responses to be both prompt and to the point. For someone who is not particularly computer savvy it is easy to use. As a Solicitor in a firm I never previously had to do the accounts myself so now that I am a sole practitioner, Cash Manager has made that task relatively easy.
