I have just got off the phone with Mandy who was extremely helpful and made me feel very supported and that I wasn't a complete dinosaur about upgrading our software! She deserves a pat on the back for her lovely people skills - or at the very least give her an early mark for the day!
I had a problem with year-end roll over which the technician solved quickly. Critical is the after-sale service which I could not fault!
CashManager has excellent reporting facilities and the phone support has always been very good.

Accomplish CashManager is a very intuitive accounting solution; compared to others I have worked with – ACM is extremely straight forward. Great to navigate around and, with the inclusion of the invoicing module, offers everything we could hope for.
When there has been the few problems that have needed solving, the support team have responded in good time and nothing has remained un-resolved.
We run the software on three entirely different businesses (Trucking/Excavating, Dairy Farm and our Dry Stock Farm) - I wouldn’t change.
I have also had the pleasure of attending a training day in Queenstown (with Penny) and truly believe there’s nothing I don’t know about the program! I have even had one of my suggestions implemented in an update!
CashManager is an easy system to operate and support is exceptional.
I have been using CashManager for longer than I remember. I find it intuitive and easy to use. I gladly recommend it for the simplicity and great customer support.
The service was very professional and the problems were solved very promptly. There were 2 issues of which 1 was the update of CashManager and the other was the reconciliation. I was impressed with the way the issues were solved. I normally have no problems with CashManager but these were important owing to their happening at the end of the financial year where there needed to be a correction of the company roll-over and also the GST. Both were handled very well and both IRD and my accountant were notified immediately through CashManager of the corrections.
Wonderful lady on the phone with patience to talk through a non-literate computer user to an excellent outcome of the GST being finalised (some sort of computer issue but also updated the CashManager system). Very grateful.
I have found the support team to be excellent in their response and efficient when dealing with them.
