Although we run a small business the CashManager programme does all the things I need for reporting to the ATO. It is very accurate and not easy for me to make mistakes!
Recently I was in a difficult situation with a compromised (unsound) laptop and a recently purchased laptop that developed significant problems that could not be fixed without a complete rebuild. It was a "touch and go" situation where I could have lost all my Cash Manager files. I thought I had them backed up on an external drive but could not find the USB. I had moved to a new residence which complicated the situation. Monica was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and particularly patient with me. The backup of CM support is excellent.
I find no question is a silly one and they are always happy to lend a hand and I annoy them a lot as hate doing the books.
No special training required Simple to operate. Keeps up to date with bank balances and debtor, creditor income due.
The CashManager accounting system is very easy to operate, and there is a huge variety of extremely useful reports that you can access from the information that you have processed. Also use this information for forward business planning. My experience is that the financial information on a memory stick is easily transferred into Chartered Accountant systems when a special annual review is required.
Very efficient, helpful and friendly service. Problem solved! Even though we use Ubuntu, which is more tricky to navigate... we got to the bottom of it. A simple mistake at my end... but was not made to feel silly by your staff.
Impressive Support provided in a timely manner. The CashManager system is comprehensive with multiple options to suit everyone.
Sales were persistent but not pushy - got me over the line to renew my licence. Support to date has been very good - so far so good. Did not have to wait long for support to pick up nor was I referred to a web site for any help which can be very frustrating.
I have just got off the phone with Mandy who was extremely helpful and made me feel very supported and that I wasn't a complete dinosaur about upgrading our software! She deserves a pat on the back for her lovely people skills - or at the very least give her an early mark for the day!
I had a problem with year-end roll over which the technician solved quickly. Critical is the after-sale service which I could not fault!
