Accomplish provide excellent customer service.  No delays in answering calls. The support team are always cheerful and supportive in finding the best solution to any problems and making sure you are happy with the outcome.  Very user friendly programme easy to use good reporting features and a great invoicing module and the ability to run multi companies is very good.  Always able to keep up with budgets and actuals is great and the accountant is still happy so all must be good

I found the service excellent. I used the Cash Manager web page to contact Support. Entered my question & within 10 Mins I had support ring me with the answer. They used the interaction web sync & showed me exactly what to do. I will use the service again whenever I have trouble.
