I have been an Accomplish CashManager user for 20 years and the quality of the product has always been excellent. On the very rare occasions that I have had to call the help desk the service has been excellent and the support team have always solved the problem that I have presented them very successfully.
This Accounting Package is very easy to learn to use without help and very user friendly. I have been using it for many years and would not change to any other package. Everyone I have spoken to when occasionally needing help has been 100% helpful and easy to understand.
I SO value having paid my support fee for the year - it means I save SO much time by calling & having my issues resolved so quickly and effectively - AND I learn more too.
I have found the Accomplish Cash Manager system to be first class for recording financial information and being able to print reports relevant to the users of our business which has several separate bank accounts to track. It has also been very easy to back up annual information for Chartered Accountants to do the final audit and IRD filing. Where the small accounts are involved it is simple to print reports with figures that I can use for direct filing with the IRD

It's very easy to get it right with CashManager from importing bank statements through to its comprehensive range of reports. No need to be an expert in accounting to get either detailed or simple summary reports from this intuitive software. Thanks to the terrific Help Desk team for patiently handling any queries I've had.
If I ever experience a problem with the computer programme it is always resolved in a very efficient manner and Mandy is brilliant to deal with you're never made to feel incompetent.
