I have been using Cash Manager for many years and to show how long I use the DOS based reporter for my clients' annual accounts. The software with its rapid access to the data base gives me a lot of satisfaction when entering data. Highly recommend the rapid reporting of account information when reconciling particular accounts. A fortunate day when I met the promoter at a computer show in Sydney way back.
As I am not very confident Eugene was just wonderful very patient and walked me thru everything I needed to do and was very clear with his explanations and I look forward to using the service centre when I have a problem in the future as it was a very pleasant experience.
It turned out to be a pretty simple matter if you know what you are doing. But the response was quick and accurate.

With no accounting experience or even computing experience I have found CashManager to be uncomplicated and easy to use Keeping track of every cent and customer with the click of a mouse...could not be easier but they keep coming up with ways of making it easier. Would recommend to any start up company
Support service is excellent and any issues I have are always resolved promptly. What would take me a couple of hours trying to fix is usually fixed with a quick call to the support line.
Excellent Service - nothing is a problem. Am using Xero at home (for another entity) but much prefer Cash Manager - it's much more intuitive...
I have been using Accomplish since 2000 I have always had complete service the team has always been helpful & I would & have recommended it to other people we are only a small business but the software is very easy to understand.
I have had cause to phone for help twice over the last couple of weeks. The staff have been friendly and speedy in their assistance (Eugene) and in the case of a rather difficult problem have gone the extra mile (Mandy). Thank you Accomplish.
I have been an Accomplish CashManager user for 20 years and the quality of the product has always been excellent. On the very rare occasions that I have had to call the help desk the service has been excellent and the support team have always solved the problem that I have presented them very successfully.
