I need to give another plug for Accomplish Cash Manager, an accounting software package from New Zealand—their version of Quicken that is accessible.
We have an appointment to prepare our taxes report for last year today and I came quickly to my computer to print off some information. To my horror, I could not locate the data for 2015. I quickly shot off an e-mail message to New Zealand to request help. I got a message back within minutes and was able to locate the data I needed. I next wrote to ask which of the report templates I should best use. Well, this was a rather open-ended question, but the answer came back again. Within 30 minutes including my fumbling around a bit with both finding the information and with printing, I have the information I need to take with us for our appointment. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I will never go back to Quicken as long as this company exists.
My gst return was refusing to present itself. A call to Accomplish led almost immediately to a friendly and knowledgeable young man who had the problem solved in a matter of two minutes. Accomplish should be giving lessons to the likes of Vodafone on how to treat customers.
Every time I have phoned the support team they have been able to resolve my problem quickly efficiently and most importantly in language I understand!!! They are always cheerful and friendly.
Friendly prompt service at all times. Feels secure to share your business info for the betterment of your business. Good service for over a decade. Everyone should have budgeting right from the start. I have just upgraded from the Lite version to the standard version which includes budgets. The budgeting is great. It makes planning ahead so much easier and the comparison to actuals makes it so much easier to track how well the business is doing at any time.
I have used Cash Manager since 1994. Back in those days I didn't even know how to turn on the computer. Cash Manager was so easy to learn how to use. It has very good reports and is easy to transfer to my accountant. I have since used other systems but this one is by far the best.
I have found the Accomplish CashManager program very easy to use. It has suited my needs. I have rarely had to seek help but when I have had to contact Accomplish any issues have been sorted efficiently and promptly.
I have been using Accomplish Cash Manager - for some years now it has been an excellent program, and on the odd occasion I've had to call for assistance, the technician has been extremely helpful and the matter has always been settled quickly.

In all the years I have used Cash Manager I have yet to have a problem unsolved. Cash Manager was my transition from manual bookkeeping and it has been absolutely marvelous.
