The Accomplish support person was able to assist me moving all CashManager data from my tired old laptop to my new laptop in a fraction of the time it would have taken me (Assuming I could even work out how to).
Sarah was fantastic. It had been a day of challenges for me and this was the second time today she helped me, it was due to an error I had caused at the start of the year but had only affected me now after the update. Sarah was patient and fixed all my problems.
This is a great little program for small businesses; you don’t need to be a computer technician to operate it. It’s affordable and has good support hours and Accomplish still offer the program to be run on a PC and not forced to use online as internet connections are not the best in rural areas. It is always the first cashbook I recommend to our clients.
Great product and the support staff are wonderful, friendly and very supportive to people who have hearing problems and are not very confident with computers.
