CashManager are like a dog with a bone; they won’t give up until the problem is solved... very understanding and helpful.
Rang to get help with updating current system, because I do it so infrequently, I asked for support to ensure I did this correctly and the support personnel were (a) very helpful (b) not condescending because I couldn't do it (c) quick and efficient
I don't need to use the Accomplish support desk service very often; the software is very reliable and easy to use. But when I have had occasion to call, the service is quick and efficient and any issues I had were resolved quickly.
I found your support staff well informed to talk thru the set up for a new computer and very helpful. I have always liked CashManager and am so pleased it can be set up with all files intact when doing the change to a new machine.
I have been a client of Cash Manager since 1992, and have had nothing but first-class professional service from the organisation. The product is far easier and user friendly than so called comparison systems.

The CashManager Support Team are very helpful at resolving Issues/problems within the programme. We operate 2 companies within CashManager & never have with had problems that cannot be resolved by the Support Team. They are also very polite and helpful.
