It must be user friendly, or your help desk must be extremely patient and intuitive for me to continue using this system for over 15 years.

I can't imagine using any other accounting package. This has enabled me with the help of your staff to do a job that I was never trained to do

I have finalised my Chart of Accounts and re-entered all transactions under their correct headings. I have had a few problems with my Opening and Closing Balance but have nearly corrected my errors. I will need to check all transactions against my bank statements again as I have an error amongst my entries. Will do this tomorrow. I wanted to thank you all for your wonderful help. I don't need to use the Accomplish support desk service very often; the software is very reliable and easy to use. But when I have had occasion to call, the service is quick and efficient and any issues I had were resolved quickly.
