Personal Communications Systems NZ Ltd has tested the Accomplish help desk on a few occasions, and each time they respond super quick, are very pleasant to communicate with, and they clearly know both the product and the support tools they have, extremely well.
It must be user friendly, or your help desk must be extremely patient and intuitive for me to continue using this system for over 15 years.
I can't imagine using any other accounting package. This has enabled me with the help of your staff to do a job that I was never trained to do
I have finalised my Chart of Accounts and re-entered all transactions under their correct headings. I have had a few problems with my Opening and Closing Balance but have nearly corrected my errors. I will need to check all transactions against my bank statements again as I have an error amongst my entries. Will do this tomorrow. I wanted to thank you all for your wonderful help. Rang to get help with updating current system, because I do it so infrequently, I asked for support to ensure I did this correctly and the support personnel were (a) very helpful (b) not condescending because I couldn't do it (c) quick and efficient
I don't need to use the Accomplish support desk service very often; the software is very reliable and easy to use. But when I have had occasion to call, the service is quick and efficient and any issues I had were resolved quickly.
