Software and people who are there when you need them. We have run CashManager for over 20 years. Over this time we have had our issues, but we have always been able to sort these with the helpline in a quick time frame. Our problem is their problem and they have always delivered.
I have always found CashManager staff to be helpful and efficient, I hardly ever have to wait when calling, and staff are always cheerful.
I've been using cash manager for fourteen years and it has served me so well over that time. The support over that time has been great. A great platform for small and medium sized businesses to work from.
That Amanda is out of this World. She is great for getting immediately to the heart of the problem, then, with her shaky cursor (!), putting everything right in double-quick time.
I have had CashManager now for several years and have always found the support from the Accomplish Team Excellent!
Accomplish support is second to none... there is always someone on the end of the phone to help and if that person can't assist they put you through to their excellent head of development... Penny Slater who is absolutely amazing… nothing is ever too much for her to handle!
Since I changed to Accomplish I couldn't be happier. I have found the system extremely easy to use and learn. Most of the time I simply click some buttons and my intuition seems to get it right. The support that I have got (when needed) has also been top quality. The support staff are happy to talk me through my requirements or use remote access to show me how. Best of all they often point out alternative (better) ways of doing things. Although I am only a basic user the system far exceeds my requirements, allowing plenty of company growth for the future. Thank you Accomplish. Keep up the good work.

The professionalism in solving my problem was excellent. In addition, without any prompting on my part, Ana offered to upload the latest version of CashManager after noting that I was currently using the 2017 version.
