I have used CM both at work and home for a number of years and think it is easily the best and user friendliest of several programmes that I have looked at.
Accomplish technical support is the best technical support service I have ever subscribed to. They are accessible and always resolve my issues. I can’t recommend them highly enough. CashManager is second nature to me now and simple for the non-accountant. It empowers me to be more self-sufficient and present a professional invoice administration.
I used CashManager Lite some years ago in New Zealand. Since I moved to Oz, I have trialed other accounts systems but none compare for ease of use. I will stick with Accomplish.
The Team Viewer Client is an excellent tool. it helps to resolve issue/s very quickly. CashManager is a user friendly system and easy to learn - you don't need to have any accounting background. CashManager has helped us to streamline our accounting practices, It is great for small organisations.
I received prompt and courteous attention; everything was corrected in a pleasant manner. Eugene Hawkins was a pleasure to deal with. I have a few hick-ups from time to time but a telephone call soon corrects that. It is a good service.

I always find Accomplish very accommodating when I ring their help desk. Their people are friendly and do their best to sort any problems we may have. They have also improved the turnaround time for answering calls.

I love the Accomplish System. I've been to Penny's training and find the whole package (interface, training, help desk) very polished and professional. I have rarely needed to phone the help desk, but all issues are resolved promptly when I do.
