I am writing to tell you just how impressive your “Support Team” are.
Over the years I have had a number (not that many ) occasions to seek their assistance and every time the result has been so very good.
The help is done with a minimum of fuss and in what seems to be a quite minimum amount of time.
I have often mentioned to your Team that in a “prior” life I was in practice as an accountant and that if I was in practice today I would I think encourage almost all of any small business clients to use Cash Manager.
The programs to me are more than adequate and I reckon that the other accounting etc programs on the market are undoubtedly very good but to my mind “overkill” for most small businesses.
I sing the praise of Cash Manager whenever I have the opportunity.
By the way I also at the outset of a call to your Team tell them I am quite old (now 74) and am not very computer literate and say that I am still coming into the 20th century let alone the 21st!
They do go easy on me and we have always achieved a positive result.
These days I like to take the time to acknowledge great work and great business principles which I say are displayed by your Company.

As a computer illiterate, I find the Accomplish staff polite, efficient, and infinitely patient. I particularly like their Team Viewer function which means I don't have to stumble around the screen to give them the answers we need. CashManager has simplified my accounting operation and saved me an incredible amount of time.
I am by no means computer savvy, so it was such a relief to have experienced staff on the end of the phone who could guide me through the process I needed to do, and they had such patience with me.
