I used CashManager Lite some years ago in New Zealand. Since I moved to Oz, I have trialed other accounts systems but none compare for ease of use. I will stick with Accomplish.

The Team Viewer Client is an excellent tool. it helps to resolve issue/s very quickly. CashManager is a user friendly system and easy to learn - you don't need to have any accounting background. CashManager has helped us to streamline our accounting practices, It is great for small organisations.

I love the Accomplish System. I've been to Penny's training and find the whole package (interface, training, help desk) very polished and professional. I have rarely needed to phone the help desk, but all issues are resolved promptly when I do.

I found some areas were a bit difficult which were mainly due to my own lack of understanding, but I never had to wait for someone to be able to help me and talk me through the things I couldn't comprehend. The support team are fantastic and are more than willing to spend as long as I needed them to resolve any issues. Their follow up is great and I cannot fault them in any way.


It has definitely stream lined our business as it has grown beyond our initial expectations in a very short space of time. I have tried other accounting programs and have found Cash manager to be the most helpful in so many aspects. I highly recommend it, especially for the very quick response when you need help.
