Every time I call for help I get it. Rarely a long waiting time, and always easy to understand and implement. I've even had support personnel wok behind the scenes with other tech providers to resolve problems for us. First rate service!

I am not particularly computer literate, so it is great when I find a system that I can understand and use with ease.
The support manager who dealt with the problem, which was actually related to the external hard drive rather than the CashManager programme itself, was very patient and helpful. I am not particularly computer literate but not at any time was I made to feel inadequate. She worked through a set of possible problems in a logical fashion and explained the process well. I was very impressed.
The Accomplish team are extremely helpful and have saved me from many stressful tasks. CashManager is a well thought-out programme, and with the backup team makes accounting relatively straight-forward.
