My accountant set me up with cash manager. I find it simple to use and the reports helpful. Admittedly I do not use it to its full potential as I spend too much time doing all the other things at work. The support line is a big help.
I was very happy with the overall outcome from Ana Chu. We've had a few issues with Cash Manager over the last 6 months. And today we had a new issue with GST not being able to be finalized. Access was denied. Ana solved this issue and now we are also able to print our financial statements. In my opinion she was helpful and very professional. Thank you so much. One happy client.

They listen to my queries, I am NEVER made to feel an idiot (and trust me I am just that in front of a computer at times) and they go over everything clearly and concisely, but efficiently and effectively. They make suggestions about upgrades then do it for me, also suggest what are helpful safety hints and guide me through them.
