Easy to use, even as a non-accountant! I prefer having my program on my computer rather than a cloud based system. I feel more in control. Support is quick and helpful even though I'm slow on a computer.
The minor issues that I stumbled with were sorted in a matter of minutes if not seconds due to the prompt and fantastic support received I am really really satisfied with the support and learnings that I have received in ensuring that I provide good clarity and understanding to the beneficiaries when I present the financial reports to our local Sports and Recreation club.
