Louise Elley
Date of interview: Apr 4, 2014
Louise Elley from Automatic Transmission Repairs is an ardent supporter of the Accomplish small business software, explaining how it helps drive the transmission repair company to success.
Previously, Louise was involved in a second related company, named Automatic Transmission Parts. Now, the focus is solely on repairs.
However, both companies used the CashManager software, with the current small business continuing to benefit from its streamlined service.
"It's very simple to use. It means we can just send the transfer files directly to our accountant at the end of the year," Louise explains.
"It makes life a lot easier."
Louise expertly manages the administrative side of things for Automatic Transmission Repairs and easy-to-use business accounting software is a must.
"It's been really good. It's an inexpensive program, it's easy to use and it's easy to track everything. I don't see any negatives with it, actually," she exclaims.
In fact, Louise notes that any small business would benefit from using the CashManager software, no matter what its industry is. She's been using the software for around 12 years in her administrative role, which is a testament to its effectiveness.
Not only is the software a breeze to use, but the support services have also struck a good note with Louise.
She calls the support network excellent, which may please other businesses contemplating taking up the service.
"I've never in all the years I've used it had a problem with support. They always do everything straight away for you. If I've had to send a file for them to fix, it always comes back in a very reasonable time," says Louise.
"It's excellent support. Best of anything I've ever used, actually."
So, it seems the verdict is out when it comes to this small business software. Would Louise recommend it to anyone else?
Without hesitation, she responds: "Definitely."
