Jill Osten is an Administration Manager in charge of the accounts of a number of companies. She needed a solution that would make all of the record-keeping for those enterprises easy, and keep her role as stress free as possible.

"I can reconcile the bank statements and then email reports to the appropriate director of the applicable companies. There's four businesses that I use CashManager for - plus my own business."

"Taranaki Medical itself provides supplies and medical oversight for medics along the coast of New Plymouth," Ms Osten said of the business's remit.
The health care company requires accuracy and timeliness - as the organisation's practice is based on providing prompt, appropriate medical care in an area away from the hub of a big city.
Record-keeping is perceived as something which takes a vast amount of time to get to know well. Fortunately, Ms Osten found CashManager to be incredibly straightforward and the learning curve gentle.
"The software is very easy to pick up to the extent that I played around with it and effectively taught myself," she explained.
Even when there has been a slight bump in the road, Ms Osten has found that a helping hand is little more than a brief message away.
"I couldn't fault the support network, even at the end of financial year when I understand it's busy, I'll flick them an email and any issues are addressed. I've never had to wait any length of time for them to get back to me," she explained.
Easier to use than its peers
"I've used other accountancy packages that quickly get you into trouble if you don't know what you're doing, but CashManager is just really easy to get on with," Ms Osten continued.
Having used the software regularly for close to 18 years, its reliability has left a lasting impression on Ms Osten.
"From a user point of view - and I use it virtually every day - you can't get into trouble with it. I couldn't recommend it highly enough," she concluded.
