The multi-client challenge
Managing books for multiple small business clients is a different kind of accounting work. You're not just doing the numbers - you're context-switching constantly between different businesses, different industries, different GST positions, and different levels of client engagement. The software you use needs to support that workflow, not fight it.
CashManager Cloud's partner dashboard is designed specifically for accountants managing multiple clients. Here's what it gives you.
One login, all clients
The partner dashboard gives you access to all your CashManager Cloud clients from a single login. No separate usernames and passwords for each client, no logging in and out, no shared credentials. You see all your clients in one view and switch between them with a single click.
Each client's data is completely separate - there's no risk of transactions or settings crossing between clients. But from your perspective, the experience is unified.
Clients keep their own access
Your clients can still log in to their own CashManager Cloud account independently. The partner dashboard gives you additional access - it doesn't replace theirs.
Subscription management
As a partner, you hold and manage the subscriptions for your clients. This means you're billed monthly for all your clients in a single invoice, at partner pricing. You can add new clients, change plan types, and manage subscriptions directly from the dashboard - without needing to contact support for routine changes.
When a client leaves your firm, you can transfer their subscription to them or to another accountant. The data stays with the client - you're managing the billing relationship, not owning the data.
Real-time access to client data
The most practical benefit of the partner dashboard is real-time access to client books. When a client calls with a question, you can pull up their account immediately - see their current bank balance, check their reconciliation status, review recent transactions, and answer their question without asking them to send you anything.
This changes the nature of client interactions. Instead of the traditional model - client sends files, accountant reviews offline, accountant sends back queries - you can have a live conversation about the numbers while you're both looking at the same screen.
Reporting across clients
From within each client account, you have access to the full suite of CashManager Cloud reports - profit and loss, balance sheet, GST summary, transaction reports, and more. Reports can be run for any date range and exported for use in your own working papers or client communications.
For year-end work, the reports give you everything you need to prepare annual accounts without asking the client to export and send data manually.
Available add-ons and planned modules
CashManager Cloud has current optional modules and planned coming-soon modules. Quotes and Purchase Orders are planned coming-soon modules, so they are not currently available on standard or partner subscriptions. Confirm the agreed subscription arrangement and current module availability with the CashManager team.

Setting up the partner dashboard takes about 15 minutes. You register your firm, set up your partner account, and then either invite existing clients to connect their accounts to your dashboard, or create new client accounts directly from the partner portal.
If you have clients currently on standard subscriptions who you'd like to move to partner pricing, contact us and we'll help you migrate them across. Call us on 0800 707 111 or visit the For Accountants page to register.
