I have been using your programme for many years and appreciate its simplicity and ease of use. I have also valued the telephone support offered whenever I have needed it.
Over the years I have used CashManager and do not have the necessity to make contact all that often. I am often heard to say that if I was still in Public Practice (I retired in 1970 as a partner in Hungerfords, now KPMG) I would be recommending to the majority of my small business clients to acquire CashManager it being so user friendly and very suitable for them. I am now in my 80th year and not very "with it" when it comes to technology and the like. Today I had occasion to contact CashManager (Ana) to assist me with some problems I had. Ana was extremely helpful (and knowledgeable) and solved the issues I had.
The support I received over the phone was great. I have only been with the company a short time and did not know anything about CashManager, and was not sure what I was doing was correct, but your staff member gave me confidence.
This system is very easy to use. The reports can be focused on any particular area if required which is useful when dealing with Banks!!!! It is simple to produce dedicated specific reports for clients, and it is very easy to produce all the information required for our interesting(?) IRD staff. I have recommended this system to a number of contacts because of this and the prompt and very efficient support available at any time.
I struggle with technical issues with my computer and find sometimes I do get stressed, but the staff at Accomplish are patient and understanding
Over the years of using CashManager I have noticed the improvement's and enhancement's which has kept this programme operating to a very high standard. Any issues have been dealt with promptly and assistance if required is always available.
Your representative was both polite and knew what to help me with getting the update done without any problems.
I Like the support team that CashManager has. Nice to be able to phone help line and that you don't have to wait forever and they are very helpful going thru step by step until I am sorted.
Loved having the update done through Team Viewer. It took all the stress off me to do the job.
Our migration from Desktop CashManager to On-line CashManager was straight-forward despite a few initial email hiccups. It was wonderful for all our history to be imported into the On-line system so easily and for the functionality to be so familiar.
