Grant is the owner & Managing Director of Accomplish Ltd. He has run the business since 2005 and owned it outright from 2011.
A proven business builder, strategist and people manager, Grant has an extensive sales, marketing and business development background. He has held roles predominantly in the FMCG industry for large organisations in both New Zealand and Australia, including Unilever, SC Johnson Wax, Lion Nathan and Baxter Healthcare.
Australian born (we don't hold that against him!), Grant has lived in New Zealand since 1996 and is married with two daughters. A keen cyclist, his interests also include personal fitness and archery.
Raewyn is the Account Manager for Accomplish and joined in June 2006. Looking after our Business Partners, Key Accounts and always seeking new business, Raewyn has a wide knowledge of the business and CashManager.
Raewyn comes from an IT Sales and Admin background and previously sold hardware and software for a large IT company. Born and bred in Ashburton, Raewyn has lived in Invercargill and Wellington before moving to Auckland in 1992.
A runner who is trying to get into mountain biking but keen on all multi sports. She is married and has two dogs, Standard Smooth Chocolate Dachshunds, Daisy and Dolly. The family love living in Clevedon, south of Auckland, but hate the commuting!
Naaz is one of the key team members at Accomplish. A Commerce graduate, she is a veteran after more than ten years with the company. There is not much that Naaz doesn't know about the day to day running of the office and she can answer just about any question you throw at her! Looking after accounts payable, receivable and payroll also keeps her busy.
Naaz migrated from the rich land of Dubai in 2001. She lives in Auckland with her husband and two children. In the brief spare time Naaz has, she enjoys dancing and craft work, allowing her to exercise her creative streak.
One of the newest members of our team, having started with us in August 2015. Daniel is a key contributor to the team, heavily involved in the testing of our software as we introduce enhancements, and contributing to a range of general office administration duties.
Daniel is a self-taught computer enthusiast and has a love of walking (even enjoys walking to work in the rain), gaming, music and … cats! When not engaged with one of these activities/ loves … you will usually find him … eating!
Vanelija is our newest team member, having joined in May 2016.
Born in Macedonia, Vanelija migrated to New Zealand in 2013. She studied Business and then worked for the school as marketing representative for the European and South American market using her language skills. She speaks Macedonian, English, Serbian Bulgarian, Spanish and a bit of Italian (her next challenge is Portuguese)!
Vanelija enjoys travelling (she has already visited many places in New Zealand), listening to music and is a big fan of dancing.
Nat started at Accomplish in August 2008 and spent the next 6 ½ years working in our technical support team. He therefore knows all there is to know about CashManager. During this time he also contributed to the ongoing management of our website, and some sales generating activities. In November 2014, Nat left Accomplish to work in a recruitment role helping to find jobs for people with disabilities. In April 2016 Nat returned to Accomplish in a sales capacity as our Senior Product Specialist.
Outside of Accomplish, and to show how much ‘grit’ he has, Nat is a keen supporter of the NZ Warriors team (tough work … at least in 2016)!!
Penny initially joined Accomplish in 2006 as a part-time Technical Support Analyst and after 2 years of doing her apprenticeship on the support team, moved into the Training Managers role. In 2011 she decided that wasnt enough and took on the role of Product Development Manager.
Penny also runs her own software company EASYdocs Ltd. She started the business in 1993, which involves developing, maintaining and selling TheoLegal and EASYdocs, along with programming custom document software solutions for clients, training, and consulting.
Penny's four children keep her busy and she enjoys an active life, getting out skiing - both on the water and on the snow.
Mandy manages our Support Team and is responsible for ensuring Accomplish continue to offer an 'Awesome' level of support to our customers.
The support desk is open from 8am to 9pm (NZ time) Monday to Friday. Mandy ensures that those hours are covered at all times with our team of Technical Support Analysts. Mandy works closely with our program developers to ensure that our software is completely up to date and to further enhance the program through the new version releases that we produce each year.
Mandy enjoys the outdoors and getting to grips with nature whenever she can, embarking on regular tramping trips around the countryside.
Steven joined Accomplish in April 2008 as a Technical Support Analyst.
He has proved himself quickly and has become an integral member of the Support team, handling support enquiries from our business partners and end users.
Steven is a New Zealand trained Secondary School Teacher in I.C.T. and Technology and qualified as a Network Engineer.
Started from January 2014 as technical support analyst. Finished secondary studies in Epsom Girls Grammar and went to University of Auckland (completed Bachelors of Engineering).
Mother of two kids and love to travel, so far Thailand is my favourite. Born in Sri Lanka and migrated New Zealand with my family in 2002.
Sarah joined CashManager in November 2014, and has become a key member of our Support team.
Apart from having an in depth knowledge of CashManager, Sarah has great experience in both running her family plumbing business, and also in building a successful bookkeeping company for over 10 years. So her understanding of the ‘real world’ and its various challenges is invaluable! She is a mum to five, a keen walker, and a master cake decorator.
