I Like the support team that CashManager has. Nice to be able to phone help line and that you don't have to wait forever and they are very helpful going thru step by step until I am sorted.
Loved having the update done through Team Viewer. It took all the stress off me to do the job.
Our migration from Desktop CashManager to On-line CashManager was straight-forward despite a few initial email hiccups. It was wonderful for all our history to be imported into the On-line system so easily and for the functionality to be so familiar.
I have always found CashManager support awesome. I don't use it often, but over the years I have used it on numerous occasions and my problem has always been resolved quickly and the people I have dealt with have always been great.

Very supportive, don’t muck around and fixed the problem very smartly. Every time I call with a problem, the nice customer representative guides me through step by step and at a nice pace where I can make notes in case it happens again. The system is easy to use once you get going.
