Absolutely excellent customer support. I entered data today for the first time as a novice and called to make sure it was correct. The support lady went above and beyond showing me some more tricks and tips to save me time.

The staff at CashManager are always pleasant and very well trained (as I was only self-taught, patience from staff was needed!). I have used CashManager since 1997. Wouldn't use anything else, have recommended it numerous potentials, but they all go to lazy, inaccurate, non reconciling of monthly statements to Xero. Not a patch on CashManager. And guess what, no one can access my data directly on the net. I'm in control.
