I recently had a minor problem with registering an old (2009) version but was given excellent assistance and advice through the help line.

I found the service excellent. I used the Cash Manager web page to contact Support. Entered my question & within 10 Mins I had support ring me with the answer. They used the interaction web sync & showed me exactly what to do. I will use the service again whenever I have trouble.
I found with Accomplish Support Team that as you get older I found that I could ring any time for help and they are very willing to help without any hesitation. For example installing your new CashManager programme from Auckland. Now that is what I call support. Thank you once again. For me ever since our accountant in Auckland started me on the Cash Manager I have never looked back. I did not know how to use a computer back then.
